2023-10-20 09:35:17

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the U.S. Department of Justice submitted jury instructions to the court, stating: "The defendant emphasized his so-called 'effective altruism' philosophy in certain public statements to argue that his business decisions were motivated by a desire to contribute to the world. However, any such argument is not a defense against fraud or other criminal charges, and the court has recognized this multiple times."
