Binance seeks to dismiss the CFTC's "provocative" lawsuit against Binance
ChainCatcher news, Binance has submitted documents to an Illinois court seeking to dismiss the "provocative" lawsuit by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) against Binance.
ChainCatcher previously reported that in March this year, Binance and Changpeng Zhao were sued by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in a federal court in Chicago for allegedly violating trading and derivatives rules.
