The Uniswap community voted to pass the temperature check proposal for "Investing in Ekubo Protocol."

ChainCatcher message, the Snapshot voting page shows that the Uniswap community has passed the temperature check proposal to "invest in Ekubo Protocol." Uniswap is investing $12 million worth of UNI in Ekubo Protocol in exchange for a 20% stake in the future governance tokens of the Starknet ecosystem AMM Ekubo Protocol.

It is reported that Moody Salem, the founder of Ekubo Protocol, was the engineering lead of the Uniswap team and contributed a significant amount of early code for Uniswap.
