SBF appears in court again, facing questioning and being evasive
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, SBF reappeared in court to testify, facing questioning from prosecutor Danielle Sassoon, who attempted to emphasize evidence that FTX and SBF assured investors of the exchange's safety.
It is reported that SBF frequently responded with "I'm not sure" and did not directly answer questions. According to Bloomberg court reporter Bob Van Voris, SBF said "I'm not sure" 99 times. Closing arguments may take place as early as Tuesday, rather than Wednesday.
SBF stated that he does not remember telling the Prime Minister of the Bahamas that FTX would repay the country's $11.6 billion debt.
