It is reported that this address transferred 24,549 ETH (approximately 45.31 million USD) to Binance the day before yesterday when the ETH price reached 1,847 USD, and then withdrew 31.8 million USDT. 9 hours ago, it transferred 31.8 million USDT back to Binance.
