Mauritius considers integrating the metaverse into the financial services industry

ChainCatcher message, the Mauritius Financial Services Commission (FSC) is collecting feedback from industry stakeholders and the public on the "strategic development and impact of the metaverse in the financial services sector," hoping to ensure that Mauritius's regulatory and business environment is adequately prepared and reshaped. The Mauritius FSC will consider establishing a multidisciplinary working group in collaboration with multiple institutions based on the results of this public consultation to further address metaverse policy and regulatory changes.
