Binance opens USDC.e deposit, withdrawal, and exchange services on the Arbitrum network

Users can now deposit and withdraw USD Coin Bridged (USDC.e) via the Arbitrum network, and they can also exchange ARBUSDCE tokens one-way for USDC through the flash exchange platform.
