EigenLayer launches the second phase testnet of EigenLayer and EigenDA

ChainCatcher message, the Ethereum restaking protocol EigenLayer announces the launch of the second phase testnet for EigenLayer and EigenDA. Operators can register to the network and start validating EigenDA; Restakers can delegate their stakes to Operators and begin using shared security with EigenDA; as Rollups developers, they can integrate EigenDA as a data availability layer. EigenLayer expects the second phase mainnet to launch in the first half of 2024. The third phase will introduce AVS (Active Validation Service) beyond EigenDA, with the third phase expected to enter testnet and mainnet in 2024.
