Data: Binance recently transferred over 3.9 billion USDT from its cold wallet to its hot wallet

ChainCatcher news, according to information on the Tron chain, an address marked as "Binance-Cold 2" transferred over 3.9 billion USDT to an address marked as "Binance 3" on November 9.
