ChainCatcher news, according to Forbes citing informed sources, as part of a $4 billion major settlement agreement between the U.S. Department of Justice and the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange platform, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao may resign from Binance.

It is reported that this settlement will be reached between Binance and the Department of Justice as well as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, while the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is not participating at this time.
