Binance will support the Shentu (CTK) network upgrade and hard fork

ChainCatcher message, Binance will support the Shentu (CTK) network upgrade and hard fork, with the following arrangements:

• The project party will conduct the network upgrade and hard fork at block height 16,084,500 (expected to be at 21:00 on November 28, 2023, UTC+8);
• Binance is expected to suspend the token recharge and withdrawal services for the above network at 20:00 on November 28, 2023, UTC+8.
