Terraform Labs and Do Kwon's appeal against the class action lawsuit was dismissed
ChainCatcher news, according to The Business Times, the class action lawsuit against Terraform Labs and its co-founder Do Kwon is moving forward. The High Court dismissed the defendants' appeal on Thursday (November 30).
The lawsuit was filed in September 2022 by Spanish citizen Julian Moreno Beltran and Singaporean Douglas Gan on behalf of 375 others.
