Bloomberg analysts: Four Bitcoin spot ETF issuers, including BlackRock and Fidelity, have met with the SEC

ChainCatcher news, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart stated on social media that in the past few days, four issuers have met with the SEC regarding spot Bitcoin ETF applications, with BlackRock meeting with the SEC for the third time in weeks yesterday. Meanwhile, Grayscale, Franklin, and Fidelity all met with the SEC last week.

The SEC's Division of Trading and Markets and the Division of Corporation Finance attended each meeting, and these two divisions will ultimately decide whether and when to approve or deny the 19b-4 and S-1.
