Ordinals founder: The Runes protocol mainnet will launch during next year's Bitcoin halving

ChainCatcher news, Ordinals protocol founder Casey announced the mainnet launch date of the Runes protocol during Taipei Blockchain Week, set for block height 840,000, which is the time of the next Bitcoin halving. The 4th Bitcoin halving is expected to occur on April 23, 2024.
