Marathon Digital acquires multiple Bitcoin mines for approximately $179 million
ChainCatcher news, Marathon Digital Holdings, Inc. has reached a definitive acquisition agreement with Generate Capital, a subsidiary of PBC, to acquire two currently operating Bitcoin mining facilities for a total of $178.6 million, with a total capacity of 390 megawatts, to be paid in cash from Marathon's balance sheet.
