ChainCatcher news, Circle officially announced that it has obtained conditional registration as a digital asset service provider from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). To further demonstrate the company's commitment to France and the EU, Circle also announced the appointment of payment industry veteran Coralie Billmann to lead its licensed operations in France.
