Cardano developer EMURGO releases 2024 roadmap, introducing consensus mechanism in Chang hard fork

ChainCatcher news, Cardano developer EMURGO has released the 2024 roadmap, and the upcoming Chang hard fork will introduce a consensus mechanism, initiating the bootstrapping phase of the Cardano governance model. EMURGO also stated that Cardano has launched over 150 projects, with more than 1,300 projects currently in development.
