The Avalanche Foundation will support the Meme sector through the Culture Catalyst grant program

ChainCatcher news, Avalanche stated on social media that the Avalanche Foundation will support the Meme sector through the Culture Catalyst grant program. By purchasing selected Meme tokens based on Avalanche to create a collection series, it aims to recognize and encourage the culture and fun represented by the Meme ecosystem, while also supplementing the Avalanche Foundation's investment portfolio in the ecosystem. The requirements for selecting Meme projects include: number of holders, liquidity thresholds, project maturity, fair launch principles, and overall social sentiment.

In addition, the Culture Catalyst grant program launched last year primarily focused on categories of crypto assets such as Gas tokens, DeFi tokens, real-world assets (RWA), NFTs, stablecoins, and governance tokens.
