An anonymous address spent 1.5 BTC through the Ordinals protocol to write encrypted data onto the Bitcoin blockchain

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, during 332 transactions, an anonymous wallet address spent approximately 1.5 BTC (about $66,000) through the Ordinals protocol to write 8.93 MB of encrypted binary data onto the Bitcoin blockchain.

Among them, the most expensive transaction had a single fee of several thousand dollars, while most transaction fees were close to $200. Since the data is encrypted, the specific information conveyed by this data cannot currently be deciphered.
