HashKey Exchange Releases HashKey FX Service Agreement Announcement

ChainCatcher message, Hong Kong licensed virtual asset exchange HashKey Exchange has announced the HashKey FX service agreement,

1. HashKey Exchange provides foreign exchange swaps as an auxiliary service for converting US dollars (USD) to Hong Kong dollars (HKD) or vice versa, through arrangements with third-party banks ("Service").

2. The exchange rate for the services provided is determined by the prevailing market rate.

3. Currency exchange services are not applicable in the following situations: Hong Kong and US currency holidays, scheduled maintenance days, or any unforeseen events that cause service interruptions.

4. HashKey Exchange makes no representations regarding any third-party content and services accessed through links on the HashKey Exchange website.

5. Customers assume the risk of using the services. To the extent permitted by law or regulation, HashKey Exchange shall not be liable for any consequences arising from customers' use of the services.

6. HashKey Exchange reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, including but not limited to: providing false information, insufficient funds, or activities that HashKey Exchange reasonably determines to be unfair advantages.

7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

8. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
