ChainCatcher news, according to the governance page, the Starknet community has voted to approve the proposal "Activate Alpha V0.13.0 Upgrade on Mainnet," with a final support rate of 99.46%.

It is reported that the main content of this upgrade is the addition of V3 transaction types, aimed at enabling the Starknet network to support future feature upgrades, such as adding STRK as a gas token in addition to ETH.
