Bloomberg analysts: Coinbase has a 70% chance of winning the lawsuit against the U.S. SEC

ChainCatcher news, according to the latest assessment by Bloomberg analysts James Seyffart and Elliott Z. Stein, Coinbase (COIN) has a 70% chance of winning in its lawsuit against the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Senior litigation analyst Elliott Z. Stein initially believed that Coinbase might partially dismiss the SEC's charges, but after attending the hearing between the SEC and Coinbase, he changed his mind and now believes that Coinbase has the potential to completely dismiss all of the SEC's charges.
