Drift launches a rewards points program, and the protocol token is expected to be released shortly after the program ends

ChainCatcher news, the DeFi protocol Drift on the Solana chain officially announced the launch of a rewards points program called Drift Points for traders and market makers, aimed at quantifying and recognizing participants' contributions and loyalty to Drift.

In addition, Drift also stated that for traders who joined the platform before the launch of the points program, Drift has completed a historical user snapshot to ensure that loyal users' ongoing commitment to the platform is recognized. The first weekly points distribution will take place on February 2, 2024.
