ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the Web3 gaming company Saltwater has completed a $5.5 million seed round financing, led by crypto investment firms Deus X and Fourth Revolution Capital (4RC). This round of financing will be used for team recruitment, investing in new technologies, and expanding the business into new areas.

Previously, Saltwater has acquired game developers Maze Theory, Nexus Labs, and Quantum Interactive, which developed games such as "Doctor Who" and "Blood and Truth."
