Coinbase CEO: Cryptocurrencies will become a standard asset in institutional diversified portfolios

ChainCatcher news, according to Bitcoin.com, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong stated, "Now every institution is starting to hold cryptocurrency," and he mentioned that "this asset class will become a standard asset in every diversified portfolio."

Additionally, Armstrong pointed out that institutions will ultimately use cryptocurrency in other ways, such as "holding cryptocurrency on their balance sheets, paying vendors, and (issuing) salaries."
