WhaleFin has submitted an application for a virtual asset trading platform license to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission

According to ChainCatcher news, as disclosed on the official website of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, WhaleFin submitted an application for a virtual asset trading platform license to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission on February 21. The company name of the virtual asset trading platform operator submitted by WhaleFin is "Whalefin Markets Limited."

As of now, the number of applicants for virtual asset trading platform licenses announced by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has reached 19, and an additional 3 institutions have had their license applications returned or withdrawn.
