Data: The dollar capacity in the Lightning Network payment channels has reached 325 million dollars, setting a new historical high
ChainCatcher news, according to The Block data, the Lightning Network payment channels have a capacity of nearly $325 million, with a 37% increase over the past month, reaching an all-time high. Additionally, the Bitcoin capacity currently stands at 4,680 coins, which is 17% lower than the historical peak.
It is reported that the capacity of the Lightning Network refers to the amount of dollars and bitcoins locked in bidirectional payment channels built on the Bitcoin blockchain, enabling fast, low-cost transactions and final settlement on the Bitcoin blockchain.
