Vitalik: One advantage of EIP-4844 is its forward-looking nature

ChainCatcher message, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated on Warpcast, "One advantage of EIP-4844 is that it is forward-looking:

1. The only consensus change needed to take us from today's position to full 16 MB danksharding is a parameter change;

2. The point eval precompile returns the modulus, allowing rollups to be built to be forward-compatible with future changes to the modulus."
