Metis launched the Alpha version of the decentralized sorter

ChainCatcher news, the Ethereum Layer2 network Metis has launched the alpha version of the decentralized sequencer, where sequencer nodes will receive METIS rewards to incentivize their participation in block generation and transaction processing. In the first year, all sequencer nodes will have a 20% mining reward rate.

In response, the Metis development team stated that this will be the first Ethereum Rollup to support decentralized sequencers.
