ChainCatcher news, Russian lawmakers have proposed a bill to expand money laundering controls to digital ruble transactions. The proposal is led by Anatoly Aksakov, chairman of the State Duma's Financial Market Committee, establishing different responsibilities for platform participants and the Central Bank of Russia, which is appointed as the main anti-money laundering entity for the system.
