The Aave community voted to approve the temperature check proposal to "reduce the borrowing limit for long-tail assets on Aave V3 Ethereum."

ChainCatcher news, according to the Snapshot governance page, the Aave community voted to approve the "temperature check proposal to lower the borrowing limit for long-tail assets on Aave V3 Ethereum."

It is reported that the proposal states that this move aims to minimize the theoretical risks of long-tail debt on Aave, and intends to further mitigate the impact of debt asset volatility on the protocol by implementing significantly reduced borrowing limit values.
