TRM Labs: Illegal funds in the crypto ecosystem decreased by 9% last year
ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, a new report from TRM Labs found that illegal funds in the crypto ecosystem decreased by 9% from 2022 to 2023. However, criminal activities conducted through cryptocurrencies have increased in certain aspects, for example, the sales of illegal drugs on dark web markets rose from $1.3 billion in 2022 to $1.6 billion.
