ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Bitcoin Layer2 developer Alpen Labs has completed a $10.6 million funding round, led by Ribbit Capital, with participation from Castle Island Ventures, Robot Ventures, and Axiom Capital.

It is reported that Alpen Labs is attempting to scale the Bitcoin blockchain through zero-knowledge proofs.
