Wall Street Journal reporter: Jump has not been accused of any wrongdoing
ChainCatcher news, Wall Street Journal reporter Alexander Osipovich pointed out that Jump Trading is a key supporter of Do Kwon's Terra/Luna project. Public displays show that Kwon has established a close relationship with Jump Crypto President Kanav Kariya. Kanav emphasized that they should communicate via Signal.
Jump co-founder Bill DiSomma approved the risky "spending hundreds of millions" to save UST. Terraform Labs internally acknowledged Jump's role in rescuing UST. However, in external communications, Terraform Labs did not mention Jump's role in restoring the peg.
The SEC believes that Terraform Labs' failure to disclose Jump's role constitutes securities fraud. The jury agrees. Jump has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
