ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, "Australian" Craig Wright has stopped his appeal against the defamation case related to his claim of being the anonymous Bitcoin founder Satoshi Nakamoto, which he lost in 2022.

The appeal was directed against Norwegian citizen Magnus Granath, who goes by the pseudonym "Hodlonaut," and published harsh remarks about Craig Wright on Twitter (now known as X). In 2022, a Norwegian judge supported Granath's choice of wording and other written statements regarding Craig Wright, which Wright sought to appeal.
