The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has conditionally approved the Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETF jointly issued and managed by HashKey Capital and Bosera Asset Management

ChainCatcher news, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has conditionally approved the joint issuance and management of two virtual asset spot ETFs by HashKey Capital and Bosera Funds (International) Co., Ltd.: Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF and Bosera HashKey Ethereum ETF. The two ETFs are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, tracking the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum respectively, and adopting a "physical" subscription mechanism that allows investors to directly use Bitcoin and Ethereum to subscribe for ETF shares.

In addition, Bosera International will serve as the fund manager for the above two ETFs, while HashKey Capital will act as the deputy fund manager for the aforementioned ETFs.
