During the upgrade, there may be disconnections from the Binance USDT-margined contract WebSocket server, resulting in the inability to access account information and market data. In such cases, API users can reconnect to the USDT-margined contract WebSocket. The USDT-margined contract trading will not be affected during the system upgrade.
