ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, a hacker group named CiberInteligenciaSV has published part of the source code for the Salvadoran government-operated Bitcoin wallet Chivo on the black hat hacker crime forum BreachForums.

The hacker group stated, "This time I bring you the code from the Salvadoran Bitcoin Chivo wallet ATM, remember, this is a government wallet, and as everyone knows, we do not sell, we release everything for free."

It is reported that this move comes after a series of events related to Chivo hacking incidents, including the exposure of personal data of 5.1 million Salvadorans (almost the entire adult population of the country) reported in early April. Salvadoran authorities have not yet issued any official statements regarding this hacking incident.
