Bloomberg: Nigeria's spokesperson says the bribery allegations made by Binance's CEO lack substance
ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, Nigeria's Ministry of Information spokesperson Rabiu Ibrahim stated that Binance CEO Richard Teng made false bribery allegations against an unidentified Nigerian government official, claiming that an unidentified official demanded a payment of $150 million in cryptocurrency to resolve an ongoing criminal investigation against the company.
The Ministry of Information spokesperson said, "The Binance CEO's statement lacks substantive content and is merely a diversionary tactic."
