Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev appeals the guilty verdict

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev has appealed to the s-Hertogenbosch Court after being convicted of money laundering on Tuesday.

It may take several months to hold the first hearing. The court did not specify whether the appeal was granted.

Previous news, a Dutch judge ruled in the court of s-Hertogenbosch that Tornado Cash developer Alexey Pertsev was guilty of money laundering and sentenced him to 64 months in prison.
