ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the French securities regulator has once again warned the crypto trading platform Bybit, urging customers to "make arrangements for the possibility that the platform may suddenly stop providing services to French customers."

In a notice on Thursday, the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) stated that Bybit is not registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider (DASP) and is therefore illegally providing services in France. Since May 20, 2022, Bybit has been blacklisted by the AMF for illegal operations. The notice seems to imply that the AMF may take enforcement action against Bybit.

The AMF reminds investors that "it reserves the right to take legal action to block the platform's website under the provisions of the Monetary and Financial Code," and retail investors should "take all necessary measures to avoid being unable to access their assets."
