Slow Fog Cosine: The phishing gang that stole nearly $7 million from a user has refunded 80% today

ChainCatcher news, Slow Mist founder Yu Xian stated, "Yesterday, the phishing group Inferno Drainer stole nearly 7 million dollars' worth of ETH re-staked assets from a user through permit offline authorization signatures. Today, surprisingly, Inferno Drainer refunded the amount, which is quite rare."

It is reported that the victim seems to have recovered 80% (1445 ETH) of the stolen funds by paying a 20% (362 ETH) bounty. The Inferno Drainer operating group chose the refund and bounty model.
