ChainCatcher news, according to Cryptoslate, CryptoQuant researcher Axler Adler Jr stated on X, "All funds in the Mt. Gox cold wallet have been transferred to the new wallet: 1JbezDVd9VsK9o1Ga9UqLydeuEvhKLAPs6. The current balance of the wallet is 141K BTC."

Galaxy Digital's research director Alex Thorn believes that most of the Bitcoin will be held rather than sold immediately. Thorn said, "Personally, I expect most of the Bitcoin to be held, but I can't say the same for BCH (Bitcoin Cash). All funds have been transferred to the 1Jbez…APs6 address. This may be a consolidation before transferring to the creditors' custodians (BitGo, Kraken, Bitstamp)."
