Grayscale submits revised registration statement S-3 for Ethereum spot ETF

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, on the day after BlackRock submitted its amended S-1 statement, Grayscale submitted an amended S-3 registration statement on Thursday, with more amended registration statements expected to follow. Grayscale discussed the regulatory treatment of Ethereum in its latest filing.

The updated document added new key points regarding how much Ethereum is needed to create a basket of stocks. The latest document states: "As of May 28, 2024, the amount of Ethereum required to create 100 shares of the basket is approximately 0.94552590, while after the amended trust agreement takes effect, the amount of Ethereum required to create 10,000 shares of the basket is 94.552590."
