Binance updates the managed sub-account feature

ChainCatcher message: Starting from July 1, 2024, 08:00 (UTC+8), Binance will update its Managed Sub-Account feature (MSA). This update includes: asset requirements, fee structure, and the addition of Managed Sub-Account fees.
