Former Coinbase communications chief joins Worldcoin

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, former Coinbase Head of Corporate Communications Elliott Suthers has become the Head of Communications for Worldcoin (WLD), an iris biometric cryptocurrency project founded in 2019 by OpenAI CEO Sam Altman, in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.

It is reported that Suthers also has experience in government policy in Washington, D.C., and has been with Coinbase since 2018, overseeing the company's business growth as it became a publicly traded company in the United States.
