According to ChainCatcher news, two users who previously reported their OKX accounts being hacked on social media have recently received full compensation and have deleted their earlier tweets. The suspected reason for the hack is that their SMS and email were compromised, and more information will need to wait for an official announcement.

According to insiders, although it may cause inconvenience to user experience, OKX has decided to implement mandatory Google Authenticator verification in the future to prevent similar incidents from occurring again.
