The U.S. District Court dismissed four class action claims against Ripple

ChainCatcher news, the civil lawsuit for securities claims against Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse is being heard in California. A California judge ruled that the civil securities lawsuit against Ripple will continue, partially rejecting the motion for summary judgment filed in the lawsuit alleging that Ripple's CEO violated state securities laws in 2017.

U.S. District Judge Phyllis Hamilton of the Northern District of California dismissed four other claims in this class action securities lawsuit, known as the "unregistered claims."
