ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, the California-based nonprofit consumer protection organization Consumer's Protection has launched a multimillion-dollar advertising campaign criticizing the USDT stablecoin issuer Tether.

The campaign reportedly includes a 30-second television advertisement, billboards, and a website that highlights concerns over Tether's lack of reserve audits and potential risks similar to the collapse of the FTX exchange.

Additionally, the organization plans to set up digital billboards in Times Square, New York, and run mobile ads in New York and Washington to further attract public attention.
