ChainCatcher message, ACI (Aave Chan Initiative) has initiated an ARFC proposal vote in the Aave community to "introduce ETHx in the Aave V3 Arbitrum market and set ACI as the emission manager to receive rewards," proposing to add the liquid staking token ETHx from Stader to Aave V3 Arbitrum and allowing ACI to become the emission manager, collaborating with Stader to manage ARB allocation rewards, similar to the current SD incentive program on the mainnet.
